      When people Mary Fedden knew had babies, she made them little soft lions as a present. I mentioned them here when I was saying how much I enjoyed reading Christopher Andrae’s Mary Fedden: Enigmas and Variations (Lund Humphries, pbk. ) and I reproduced the 4 photographs of the soft toys that appeared in the book. Mary Fedden I am looking at Mary Fedden’s work to develop my ideas about the different techniques she used and also how she works, hopefully by doing this I will pick up some tips about how to make my work better and possibly include those in my final design to get my grade higher.
